After an eight month hiatus, here are some new pics from today. Whatever.

I was taking pictures at a tree farm up in Parkadale (some of which I just posted) when I dropped my new digital camera. It fell into the snow and rolled down into a creek. The thing was soaked and I was pissed. I turned it on and it started malfunctioning. The buttons took turns fucking up. Sometimes my zoom would work sometimes it wouldn't. Then it got stuck on the video setting. Finally the LCD went static and the camera wouldn't turn off. I took the batteries out and let it sit overnight. Today in the afternoon I picked it up again fearing the worst. Yo, I'm stoked. The thing works now and the only permanent damage is a small scratch on the LCD. I don't have to spend another $200 I don't have.

Having achieved none of their stated objectives during their month long war with Hezbollah guerrillas Israel, as Kofi Annan said, "blatantly violated the truce." Israel commandos appear to have been attempting to kidnap a Hezbollah official, presumably to have a bargaining chip to retrieve the two soldiers kidnapped by Hezbollah.
